Feeding, filling, and end-of-line equipment routes for sauce projects

Feeding, filling, closing, and end-of-line stages can be combined into an equipment route for a sauce project; core and challenging products, real pack, and existing interfaces determine the scope.

The product name is only an entry point. Flow at process temperature, largest particles, phase ratio, settling, foaming, and condition after a stop are what change feed, pump, and nozzle choices.

Review the pack as a set: container, closure or seal, dimensions, dose, and filled stability continue to affect positioning, cap handling, capping, heat sealing, and downstream conveying.

A line video, machine models, conveyor heights, utilities, and a dimensioned layout confirm retained equipment, stages to add, and the samples and trial material needed next.

Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
