Cooperation, installation and after-sales terms
The steps below follow the sequence of an industrial purchase, so engineering and procurement can reference them directly during internal approval.
01Consultation and commercial proposalIt starts from your product and pack, not from an equipment list.
First we establish the material state: viscosity and working temperature, whether particles are present, foaming or stringing behaviour, and the state after a stop. Second, the real pack: container opening, closure type, label surface and changeover difficulty. Only then do equipment scope and line rate follow.
Once product and pack samples are in hand we issue a technical and commercial proposal with equipment scope, stage interfaces, floor area and the boundary of supply, together with the items still open on your side.
If samples or operating data are incomplete, we record them as open questions instead of filling the proposal with assumed values.
02Payment termsStaged payments, with machine performance verified on your product before shipment.
The customary structure for this class of project is an advance payment after contract signature to start production, shipment after the equipment is completed and verified on your product and pack, and the balance settled at the milestone agreed in the contract.
Pre-shipment verification covers dosing accuracy on your product, seal quality, coding and labelling results, and changeover time, with a traceable record.
Exact percentages, milestones, acceptance method and retention are set out in the contract annex; this page does not replace them.
03Installation and commissioningOur engineers can supervise positioning, connection and line integration at your site.
We provide on-site supervision for installation and commissioning: positioning and levelling to the layout, assembly of machines and conveyor links, interface connection with existing equipment upstream and downstream, and confirmation of utilities (power, air, water, steam).
Commissioning includes dry and product runs, rate verification and changeover drills, with key parameters recorded in the acceptance document.
Operators and maintenance staff are trained, and operating, cleaning and routine maintenance points are handed over.
04Warranty, spare parts and technical supportWarranty scope is fixed in the contract; spares and engineering support remain available.
Warranty period and scope are set by the contract; failures attributable to the equipment itself are handled by the supplier during that period.
Wear and replacement parts — nozzles, dosing components, sealing and capping parts, guides, changeover tooling — are listed per project and can continue to be supplied after the warranty period.
Remote technical support (photos, video, parameter records) and on-site service where required. We recommend archiving the parameters and records needed for troubleshooting at acceptance.
