Thick tomato paste: review the complete feed path
Review the vessel, mixing, transfer and filling as one connected sequence for your actual product.
Describe paste at operating temperature, after waiting and at low vessel level. Show flow toward the outlet and end-of-batch residue. Vessel volume and pump name alone do not establish adequate feed to the filler under these conditions.
Map the vessel, outlet, piping, connections, valves and nozzle, including lengths, heights, utilities and retained components. Discuss mixing and thermal conditions against the recipe; do not transfer another product’s settings or assume heating is suitable.
Trial startup, steady filling and batch completion. Record feed changes, air entrainment, condition after pumping and dose repeatability. Replacing only the filler may leave an upstream source of inconsistency unresolved.
For recipe changes, identify residue, draining and cleaning access throughout the path. Share the procedure and product constraints. CODAPAK needs the path layout, paste sample, pack and batch conditions to define an equipment comparison and testable result.
Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
