Prepare these four items
- 01Project: launch, higher volume, a packaging change, replacing an old machine, or the bottleneck stage.
- 02Product: core and challenging SKUs, process temperature, particles, settling, foaming, and the state after a stop.
- 03Packaging: retail, foodservice, or bulk; container, closure, dose, label, case, and real samples.
- 04Production: regular and peak targets, changeover order, stops, machines to keep, and a layout with dimensions.
On confirming scope
Photos, layouts, and videos help compare equipment and stages. They do not replace a trial with your own product and packaging. Equipment scope, operating parameters, trial conditions, and the commercial proposal are confirmed per project; fix the configuration and the boundary of work in the proposal before ordering.
