Flat PET bottle
Flat bottles usually carry a defined front and back for shelf presentation. If orientation, label position, and soft sidewalls are not settled first, conveying and labeling will keep changing.
The long and short axes, travel direction, front/back orientation, and soft sidewalls affect gripping and labeling. Send the bottle and label positions before anti-rotation guides are assessed.
Front, side, finish, and base photos, plus dimensions, material, locating surfaces, and fill dose, confirm loading, positioning, and filling stages.
Closure or seal material and one filled sample further confirm cap-handling and closing actions.
