Gel-like tomato products: prepare a filling trial
Describe the product after mixing and waiting to establish feed and filling trial conditions.
The term gel-like does not define operating properties. Show how the tomato mixture leaves a vessel at actual temperature and after a pause, and whether it holds shape or flows. Include measurement method, temperature and sample preparation with any viscosity data.
Record changes after mixing and pumping. Prepare a starting sample and acceptable post-process condition. Observe the product at inlet, outlet and an agreed time after filling rather than judging only the initial fill.
Include dose range, container, neck and closure. Record strings, flow breakoff, drips and contamination of the closing area. Check restart after a pause separately from continuous fills; a short demonstration may miss structural changes.
Share the food-product description, samples and criteria with CODAPAK to discuss a trial configuration. This tomato-product guide does not establish suitability for cosmetic, chemical or pharmaceutical gels, which need separate evidence and assessment.
Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
