Sauce filling buyer notes

Define the scope of a sauce filling line

Break the project into product feeding, filling, closing and pack transfer so competing proposals cover the same work.

List recipes and packs with operating temperature, particles, fill range, container and closure. Identify the main and most demanding combinations. State the required shift output and available operating time for each. These are selection inputs, not confirmed machine capacities.

Define the supply boundary along both product and container flow. Identify who feeds the sauce and empty packs, and which operations follow filling. Explicitly include capping, inspection, labeling and case packing or assign them to existing equipment. Record conveyor direction and height at each handover.

Compare included modules, retained machines, format parts, connections and maintenance access in one matrix. Agree on a trial with the real sauce, container and closure. Check dose, neck cleanliness, closing, pack stability and restart behavior.

Share the matrix, room layout and existing-line video with CODAPAK. Identify a single-stage addition separately from a complete new line to establish the work boundary and required samples before choosing the configuration.

Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
