CODAPAK
Sauce and paste filling equipment
Select dosing, feeding and closing around the actual product, from smooth sauces to thick pastes or recipes with particles. Discuss a single machine or a sequence of line stages.

Start with product conditions
The sauce name alone does not define the configuration. Specify filling temperature, consistency, particle size and proportion, foaming and settling. Describe behavior after a stop and restart. Identify the main and most demanding recipes; testing the easiest product does not validate the entire range.
Compare stages, not one speed figure
Feeding must deliver product to the filler in its operating condition. Check the dose, neck access, flow cutoff and transfer to closing. Different jars and bottles require changeover checks. Output, accuracy and suitability for hot filling must be confirmed for the actual product, pack and configuration.
What to check in a trial
Agree on acceptance before selecting the machine: dose variation, particle condition, neck cleanliness, filled-pack appearance, stopping and restarting. Include product and pack changeovers when these are part of normal operation. Compare results at the agreed temperature and feeding conditions, not only a short demonstration.
Start with your project inputs
Describe the product, pack and task. Your first inquiry needs only one contact method and a short description; samples and drawings can be discussed next.
