Continuous sauce filling: check bottle movement
Compare filling in motion with the feeding, holding and transfer conditions of your actual packaging.
The documented two-head tracking route fills containers while they move. This describes an operating principle, not a stop-free whole line. Trial video should show entry, coordinated movement during filling, fill completion and transfer to the next machine.
Provide all required bottles, doses and sauces. For each combination, check stability, nozzle access, surface condition after filling and downstream transfer. A taller or flexible bottle or another dose may require a separate setup; one successful format does not validate the entire range.
Agree on behavior for a missing bottle, interrupted product feed and a full downstream conveyor. Check stopping and restart with the real sauce. Continuous motion at filling does not remove feeding, capping or case-packing constraints.
