Line stage 04
Filling
The Filling stage provides its equipment action and handoff within the line for new, expanded, or upgraded projects.
Equipment and interfaces for this stage
See this equipment stage's role in the line and the interfaces to confirm with the work before and after it.
Bottles and cans, tubes, premade spouted pouches, roll-film pouches, and multi-lane sachets use different loading, positioning, and sealing actions, so start with the real pack.
Send the real product and pack, dose range, finish or pouch/tube dimensions, closure, process temperature, heating and agitation, shift target, and surrounding equipment.
