Container unscrambling
Container unscrambling provides loose-container infeed and automatic orientation for replacing or supporting manual placement in repeat production; container shape and incoming method determine the split with operators.
When loose containers arrive in mixed orientations, nest, or stick together, turntable-assisted and robotic infeed need to be assessed against the material and shape.
Send a loose-container video, material, dimensions, round or square shape, incoming method, and any operator role to retain; identify glass separately.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
