Line stage 03
Drying
If residual water affects filling, labeling, or finished-pack appearance, drying is not an isolated machine; it is the handoff between stages.
When water remains at the base, finish, or inner wall after rinsing, the hot-air route depends on where it remains, container material, and available dwell time.
Show residual water and discharge orientation, and provide container dimensions, adjacent line rates, available heat source, and the acceptable container-exit temperature check.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
