Filling emulsified sauce: check product separation

Compare the actual recipe before feeding and after filling into its intended package.

Describe emulsion type, composition, operating temperature and normal behavior after storage. Provide flow videos and changes after mixing or pumping. For multiple recipes, identify the most sensitive product.

Observe feeding and filling separately. Record feed pressure, entrained air, foam, gloss changes and visible phase separation. Discuss whether gentle feeding and bottom-up filling should be included in trials; their suitability must be confirmed for the specific product.

Compare before-and-after samples using an agreed observation procedure. Include stops and restarts where relevant. A short successful fill does not establish storage stability, and universal separation-free performance for all recipes is not claimed.

Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
