Prepare a matched container and closure set to check handling, neck access and closing.
Provide a drawing showing overall height, body and neck dimensions, shoulders and base. State nominal capacity and intended fill volume. List each format separately and identify the smallest and largest packs.
Review the closure with its matching neck. Specify closure type, dimensions, seal material and opening requirements. For Twist-Off, include lug profile, gasket, safety button and the required vacuum method. Closure name or diameter alone does not establish compatibility.
Provide empty and filled pack photos and agree on physical samples. Check feeding, positioning, cap placement, closing and downstream transfer. Define leak, appearance and opening criteria for the actual product and pack; confirm machine suitability with the agreed configuration.
Confirm the equipment route and interface scope needed in this phase. Product, pack, dose, normal and peak targets, and existing machines organise the next sample information.
