Cap feeding
Cap feeding provides loose-cap sorting and delivery for replacing manual placement or adding a closure format; cap structure and surface requirements determine the specific method.
When caps nest, jam, or scuff, vibratory-bowl and waterfall-elevator routes need to match top/bottom features, stacking direction, and surface requirements.
Send a batch of loose caps with matching containers, and mark material, diameter, height, top/bottom features, print face, acceptable scuffing, and upstream rate.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
