Labeling
The labeling stage applies front/back, wraparound, or positioned labels; pack artwork, bottle shape, and acceptable appearance determine the positioning method.
Front/back labels on flat bottles, wrap labels on round bottles, and registered labels require different container support, anti-rotation, dispensing, and graphic positioning.
Send empty and finished samples, container section, label dimensions, relative front/back positions, any recessed area to avoid, and the acceptable label appearance.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
