Line stage 14
Palletizing
Palletizing arranges sealed cases into pallet units for storage and dispatch; real case weight, pallet pattern, and the available personnel area define the cell.
Layer shift, leaning cases, dropped cases, or insufficient case strength require the pallet pattern, pickup face, case weight, and incoming orientation to be reviewed together.
Send case dimensions and weight, all case faces, stacking-strength limit, pallet pattern, pallet, target height, infeed and outfeed directions, and personnel area.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
