Case sealing
For cases entering storage and transport, seal appearance, tape position, and case deformation need checking on a real full case, not only empty dimensions.
Misaligned flaps, off-centre or lifted tape, and crushed cases require the case condition, guides, conveyor height, and tape to be reviewed together.
Send full and empty case samples, dimensions, tape width, current conveyor height, air supply, and the on-site appearance and sampling requirements.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
