Case erecting
Case erecting supplies opened and formed cases to the packing stage; the real flat case, case style, and feed rate determine the equipment arrangement.
Warp, score lines, and slot variation directly affect case pickup, erection, bottom folding, and sealing; dimensions alone are not enough.
Send a flat case sample, dieline dimensions, flute, scores and slots, printed or laminated surfaces, tape, magazine requirement, and air supply.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
