Coding
Date, batch, and variable codes need to follow the real pack and batch-control method; their position should not wait until installation.
Dates, batch numbers, shift codes, and variable QR codes must work on the actual pack surface; position, material, readability, and error prevention determine the coding-stage arrangement.
Provide a code sample, pack material and position, variable-data rules, production environment, consumable preference, and the on-site readability check.
This stage can be added to an existing line or built into a new one. Surrounding machines, pack, normal and peak rates, fault handling, and layout determine the interfaces.
